Tradition, refined
Hooting Owl was born from a simple conviction: that the best gin is made with patience, care, and a deep respect for the botanicals it celebrates. Every bottle is distilled by hand, labelled by hand, and released only when it meets our standard.
We work with small growers across Yorkshire, forage wild botanicals in season, and take the time to let each spirit develop its own voice. It is a slower way of making gin. We think it shows.
